just passing through

i am thinking what to do right now? i wanted to pen my thoughts. but what are they? right now i was thinking to talk about the book that i am reading right now. it's the latest novel of amitav ghosh- The Sea of Poppies. i don't know but as far my reading goes i feel that ghosh's essential feeling is missing. it's so much in the past. maybe that's why i am not yet able to connect with it. and by and by, it has many scenes of sexual confrontations, by far it's perhaps the most "adult" of all his novels. the hungry tide was so humane. one thing is for sure i have to quicken my reading habits. i need to read a lot.

yesterday was very special. had a long chat with dithi. we were very close during our school days. but lost touch after that. its difficult to meet face to face but thanks to this net we can at least exchange our thoughts. any way all my friends out there if you read this then give me certain reactions. i would like them.
